Our founder, Zahra Zare, is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, holding a practicing certificate from the Solicitors Regulation Authority. She is also a regulated IAA (OISC) Immigration Advisor.

Zahra’s background in both in-house and private practice, has profoundly shaped her approach to immigration law. Her experience in these roles has honed her ability to navigate complex legal frameworks, manage intricate case details, and deliver strategic legal solutions.

Her academic credentials further underscore her expertise. She obtained her master’s degree in law from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and was awarded a Michigan Grotius Fellowship in recognition of her superior academic and professional achievements. Moreover, she completed her Master’s in Human Rights Policy & Practice on the prestigious Erasmus Mundas Scholarship. Her academic achievements also include a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from Leeds Beckett University, where she graduated with Distinction and was awarded the Leeds Law School Prize for Best Overall Performance.

Her commitment to legal excellence continued as she achieved Distinction in the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law and successfully passed the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE). Combining her extensive legal experience with her specialised knowledge in immigration law, she is committed to providing outstanding service and expert guidance to all her clients.
